Grooved Architrave

Grooved architraves are extremely popular, particularly for modern interiors. Being relatively simple in design, the groove on the board acts as an eye catching detail delivering greater character in a modern style. We offer architrave with a single, double or triple groove with rounded, angled or square edges.

For extra effect grooves can be lined up across matching skirting and architrave, resulting in a continuous groove running around the perimeter of your walls and doorways.

Since the grooved designs tend to be relatively smaller in size, we would recommend a 69mm wide architrave to maintain the moulding to flat proportions.
