Solid Oak
Our Angle Groove 1 Oak Skirting Boards are manufactured from premium quality solid European oak, graded to Q-S1/2 and kiln dried to an average moisture content of 10% to help improve stability and performance within the home. This carefully selected oak grade is predominantly clear while still retaining the authentic character expected from a natural hardwood product, including the occasional knot and natural variation throughout the timber. Unlike man-made materials such as MDF, solid oak is a completely natural product, meaning every board will vary in appearance. Differences in grain patterns, colour tones, texture and natural knots are all part of the unique character that makes oak skirting boards such a popular choice for premium interiors. These natural variations ensure that no two pieces are the same and contribute to the warmth, individuality, and high-end appearance of solid oak. As these characteristics are inherent within the timber itself, they are considered an integral part of the product and cannot be altered or removed.Dimension
Angle Groove 1 Oak Skirting board is available in a variety of set dimensions. Please allow 100mm on each end of the length for transit damage and cutting.
Height – Angle Groove 1 can be machined onto oak boards between 50mm and 171mm high.

Finish
Angle Groove 1 Oak Skirting Boards are supplied in an unfinished state. An oil, wax or varnish finishing product of your own choice can be used to finish the product to your own colour preference.
